There are quite a number of studies that have been conducted regarding brisk walking and how it impacts our bodies. According to Blain et al (2017), a person who have endurance to walking is likely to have a healthy aging. The authors examined how brisk walking can help increase walking endurance in older women who are inactive and physically deconditioned.
