Body Systems

Instructions

As you probably already know, the systems in the body do not work independently.  They are all related and work to keep the body in balance.  This is a mini case study assignment.  You will be given patient information. Please analyze that information.  You do not have to diagnose the patient and figure out what is wrong with her (such as a disease or condition).  I just want you to break down each symptom and complaint and think how the body works overall.  Then you will compose a list of the body systems that are affected and list the complaints and abnormal values with each system. You may write this in paragraph form, type it in a table, or even create a powerpoint.  To submit it, click "Submit assignment" to the upper right of these instructions.  Copy and paste it into the text box or upload it as a file. If you do a power point, please upload it just like a file. Note---if you are a Mac user, you must save it and submit it as a word or pdf document.  My computer is unable to open a Mac Pages document.I have attached 5 different examples of different formats you may use.  Do not copy and paste the examples.  They are just to give you an idea of what this assignment might look like to you.  Feel free to be as creative as youd like.  Just make sure that you list every body system from chapter 5 in your textbook and all of the complaints/abnormal signs and symptoms and values that fall under each one.Grading scale:  You will receive 4 points for each complaint that you correctly place under the proper body system, up to a max of 100 points.  Please use professional, college-level grammar, punctuation, and spelling. One point will be taken off for each grammatical error, typo, and/or spelling error. This assignment is worth 100 points and 10% of your course grade. You may complete this assignment at any time before the due date, but I suggest waiting until near the end of the course so that you have studied all of the body systems.  The due date is no later than 8/15/19 at 11:00pm.  Please scroll down and see the attached document for further instructions.  As always, don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.Attachments (The top one is a word document.  The bottom one is a pdf.  Same info in both) Remember for full credit you must correctly place all 25 complaints, signs and symptoms, and vital sign values under the proper body system. Here are examples of formats you may use:*I've also included a PDF of my textbook for reference to chapter 5. This doesn't need to be very fancy, so please keep the wording more common and at the level of an average college freshman.

Answer

NOTE: Body System Example 4 was used in this essayThe integumentary system is made up of the skin, nails, hair, and exocrine glands.
