IntroductionFor sometimes back, the world has been concentrating on pollutants and their effects on biodiversity. This concentration is because of the resources and efforts put in place by global economies to address the problem of pollutants to the ecosystem. One of the most significant factors that affect biodiversity, but which receives little attention, is invasive species. These invasive species have been a common feature in most global regions, but little attention is placed on its impact on biodiversity.
