If you are unable to demonstrate that you completed the readings, you will surely receive a failing grade.    Your initial posts must provide examples in every instance where applicable.#4 discussion : FOCUSED DISCUSSION1.    Explain the differences and similarities between the CIRCULAR FLOW and ENTREPRENEURIAL PROFITS  by providing at least two specific examples so that the differences and similarities are made evident, and it is clear how businesses can be categorized as to whether they are earning entrepreneurial profits or part of the circular flow.2.    If an example of a product category is automobiles and an example of a product form is a convertible, explain and discuss, using an example of your own, the differences and similarities between PRODUCT CATEGORY LIFE CYCLES AND PRODUCT FORM LIFE CYCLES.3.    Explain and discuss what TECHNOLOGY is and how the definition of technology may have changed over the years. How might a current product and organization attempt to avoid the influence of Creative Destruction and explain why such avoidance would be important?#5 discussion :FOCUSED DISCUSSION1.    Itemize and discuss ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES  in terms of how they are related to ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION and the degree to which these organizational structures appear to inhibit or assist innovation.  Provide at least one example that demonstrates how organizational structures are related to organizational innovation.2.    Itemize and discuss the various types of NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (NPD) Teams  and explain how various types of teams can impact the process of innovation.  Provide at least one example that demonstrates how NPD teams impact the process of innovation.3.    Provide and discuss how the DEGREE OF INNOVATIVENESS of an organization might be measured.  Provide at least one example that demonstrates  an organizations' degree of innovativeness.4.    Provide and discuss the concepts of ENTREPRENEURIAL AND CONSERVATIVE  firms, and provide at least one example of each type of organization and why you classified  each organization in the manner you did.5.    Select an organization in which the DUAL-CORE THEORY  of innovation appears to exist, how the Dual Core theory of innovation manifests itself, and where the Dual Cores are located in your selected organization.
