(5 points)3) Three key reasons, identified and outlined and explained with at least one paragraph of content supported by research that you believe the labor outlook looks the way it does (10 points).4) Find a generic job description from a source you deem to be reputable that identifies what you would expect to do and have as job functions in your job.  List the cite/location you found this information, and then include it.  Include a statement on why you feel like this job description is relevant.  (5 points)Find a geographic salary index or locator, as specific to your field as you can find (e.g. if I make $100,000 a year in Houston, I'd need to make $300,000 a year living in Tokyo to enjoy the same standard of living doing what I do).  Keep in mind - some fields don't work with generic calculators.  For example, while in the North, a winter weather maintenance worker may enjoy a good standard of living, they wouldn't necessarily even be able to find employment in the Texas valley area, since it almost never has winter weather.  So, get an analysis as specific to your job field as you can.5) What guide did you use to determine salary comparisons across geographic distances/cities/states? (5 points)6) Why do you feel like salaries are higher for your chosen industry in some places rather than others?  Be specific and support your opinions with research.  (5 points)Look for add-ons in your industry.  I came from the IT industry, and so I know that if I took a generic job as a System Administrator, while that would give me a base salary, I also know a programming language called "Java."  That would add approximately 8% to a base offer someone would give me because of that extra skillset.7) Identify the add ons for your industry.  List the site and reference.  Where would you go to learn those skills or are you learning them already (10 points).www.bls.gov
