Instructions:Please answer the following questions in an informal 1 page essay: 1.What do the photographs suggest about life during the Great Depression? Discussion 3The Great Depression lasted for a decade, and it adversely affected people in the United States. Some people took invaluable photographs during this period for various reasons. The pictures express the tough times during the Great Depression and the conditions that followed. The Great Depression epitomized famine, unemployment and lack of hope for the United States citizens. Some of the photographs highlight the severity of these conditions.
