INSTRUCTIONS:You are an Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and have travelled to a remote village in South America. You have the resources to perform one surgery on one of the following patients.In 600-800 words, explain which patient you would choose and why. Again, only choose ONE patient to discuss. I want you to explain to me why YOUR patient is most deserving. The best answer offers a comparison among the other patients.  IMPORTANT!!You must demonstrate that you have used a minimum of 3 resources for the following:a) To show an understanding of the disease. He is otherwise healthy2) 15 year old female with Grade 1 heart murmur but also has kidney problems and is blind. She is an only child and both parents are devoted to looking after her. 3) 37 year old male with a current history of diabetes and past history of alcohol abuse, which caused his heart problem. He is the only caretaker for his 2 children. Since his children were born, he has given up the alcohol and has devoted his life to caring for them  4) 65 year old female with a history of heart problems. She has been transported to hospital many times for repeated heart attacks, which uses up a lot of the resources of the community. She is a local shop owner and the majority of the communitys resources come from her shop. She also runs the local orphanage. She is a very important member of the community.
