Third person and short concise sentences are expected.This research paper requires that you gather data published by experts in the field and present your findings in the form of a research paper. Failure to do so will result in penalties because not giving credit to original authors can be considered a form of plagiarism. Points regarding citing your sources and giving credit to original authors:    If you do not have a reference page attached, your paper will not be accepted.    If you have a reference page attached but ALL of the sources listed are not referenced in your paper at least one time, your paper will not be accepted.    If you include a reference page but either do not utilize the number of sources required, or do not refer to all the sources on your reference page, there will be a minimum of a 20 point penalty, or more, or your paper will possibly still not be accepted.
