Gender Pay Gender pay has existed in our society for decades though its narrowing women and I dont think it has anything to do with employment discrimination but with society on gender inequality. In some labor force, there are some types of jobs that require much physical strength like construction sites and packing or offloading vehicles therefore they are fit for men. Research shows that women earn 70 cents in every dollar men earn. Several factors have been linked to the results.
