The article is all about the effect of Parkinsons disease when it comes to saccades that a persons eye makes. Saccades are just movements that the eye makes from one position to another. The saccades have a relation with memory as when one sees something he or she is likely to remember it(Rivaud-Pchoux et al. 2000). However such things are not experienced by patients of those diseases. The treatment that has been used is what the article calls the levodopa treatment which it argues has not been very effective in the treatment of the condition.
