Public good doesn't get exhausted in their supply when they are being consumed by the public for they are unlimited and neither is the quality of the service or good reduced.The government is always considered to be the one to administer these services although they are paid collectively by the public through taxation. Different countries differ in ways of selecting which goods they will consider public goods...
