The first form of discrimination in the movie is racial discrimination. This is seen from the three stars in the movie who are all blacks (Melfi & Shetterly, 2017). The mere fact that they are black females it had for them, to rise to the top positions like many other people. The other form of discrimination is gender. The three aforementioned starts are women besides being African Americans. They are in a field that is largely dominated by men. Thus. They have to work extras harder for their efforts to be not only seen, not only recognized but to be embraced in the organization.The society would bear the opinions that would not necessarily be true.
