You will need to choose at least one experience in your life when motivation was a factor, though you may also contrast a positive and negative experience. The paper can focus on one or contrast multiple experiences. The paper should be 5 pages and at least two appendices. This is a pairs paper assignment. So one part of the assignment should be an interview with your partner. One is the questions you asked your partner on the experience they chose and the summary of the answers. Two is the question that you develop for clarification at another time as you begin analyzing. It should incoporate some form of a needs theory and some form of a process theory. 5 pages does not include the title page.
