Fidel Castro Revolution leads to Cuba descending to a communist state. Most of the Cuban population's middle class fled to other countries for fear of prosecution and what could be a dictator's regime. Cuban immigration mostly ended in an American state called Florida. The trickling down of migrants from Cuba had been happening over the years due to a lack of stability, the corrupt government, and the Civil Wars. In the 1970s, the high numbers of Cuban migrants in Florida introduced bilingual languages(Gonzalez, M. 2015). Cuban community-sponsored referendum to allow all services being conducted by both English and Spaniard language. This resulted in amounting to the pressure to the referendum of allowing bilingual. Most of the Cuban migrants had the idea that it was a matter of time thing...
