My thoughts on the video are that it provides very insightful details about who people are generally and what they aspire for. It shows everyone that people are different and the differences are not opportune ways to uncover our weaknesses, but they are ways that people can discover their strengths in various ways, especially at the workplace. The first thing that the interviewee covers are on talents. As a manager who has been in the business world for a long time, he provides very key details about talents. He states that talents are unique for everyone and that what he focuses on as a manager is the talent that one has and mainly how to bring that talent out.
