\Leadership Compatibility Self-Assessment 3-1: Determining your LPCDetermining my LPC: Working with Jenny was not the easiest thing but it was the best experience since I got to learn more about my LPC. With the characteristics in the rating scale, I got to learn that through my interaction with her, some things were notably visible or noticeable.
