He urges people to treat God as their Father which is something that applies to the evangelicalism of today's world. Modern preachers are urging people to respect God since he is the reason for all things that happens in the world (Machen, 1915). Despite the suffering, death, and problems human beings encounter, Machen claims that it is the plan of God and like modern evangelicalism, people should accept all situations because God is the giver of life. People in the modern world tend to lose hope when it comes to the suffering they go through, but as Machen claims in his sentiments, he tells people to always have hope for a better life.Machen was correspondingly concerned...
