Marshalls model of behavior development provides an effective guideline that teachers can use to promote their students behavior. Generally, teachers are supposed to mold learners by impact desirable behavior. One of the models they can use is the Marshalls model, which seeks to show students how to conduct themselves and adhere to proper behavioral guidelines. This model is divided into four basic steps, which are anarchy, bullying, cooperation, and democracy. Each of these steps is meant to impart a specific trait on the learners.
