Nightingale's Transformational LeadershipGenerally, Nightingale had outstanding leadership aspects that should be emulated by anyone in the nursing profession. She was involved in several nursing developments and left a legacy. The event that brought out the most of Nightingales leadership character is the Crimean war. The dedication and determination that Nightingale showed while helping the victims of the war is one of the factors that amazed me. Often, volunteers are not expected to do their best but only gives what they are comfortable giving.
