Journal ReflectionChange implementation and management may be the most challenging task in an institution. I believe managing change may even be more difficult if all stakeholders are not involved. For example, in a school district where the principals do not involve other faculties, teachers, and students in the process of change may face difficulties in realizing the set goals. In my opinion, changes, especially technological changes that are meant to benefit an institution, can be implemented gradually through multiple phases that facilitate training, adaptation to the technological devices, and subsequent use of the technology by teachers and other administrators.
