If you are the head of a private school, contact another private or public school superintendent to complete this activity. Ask your interviewee to provide a description of the hiring process at the district and 35 questions often asked during an interview. Also ask why they use these specific questions and how these questions are useful in predicting if the candidate possesses the necessary knowledge, skills, and disposition for effectively leading the district as the next superintendent of schools.
