The program is meant to deliver customer value, but it has its pros and cons. A bike-sharing program would not do well in a city where the disadvantages outweigh the advantages. Some of the advantages of the program include reducing pollution and keeping the population healthy.However, I do not believe that the bike-sharing program will do well in my township. One of the factors that might make the program unsuccessful in my township is the large traffic of people who move in the same direction at the same time, probably when going to work.
