Win-WinSpencer Kagan, Patricia Kyle and Sally Scott present a system of discipline that has teachers and students working together for responsible choices.  They show teachers how to validate the seven student positions.  All disruptions are categorized into four types, ABCD.  Teachers are given step-by-step structures to use at the moment of disruption, for follow up and long term responsibility.  Win-Win Discipline helps teachers understand why individual students as well as whole classes make irresponsible choices and behave disruptively.Please post your response below and then return later, or tomorrow, to read and respond to your classmates' postings.Answer the discussion board in 100+ words and respond to at least one classmate's discussion entry in 75+ words. Discussion PostSpencer Kagan, Patricia Kyle, and Sally Scott (2004) note that there are three significant pillars of the Win-Win model. They are same side, collaborative solutions, and learned responsibilities. Teachers can implement these pillars depending on the type of solution they want to get. The same side pillar entails working collaboratively with all academic stakeholders who are critical to the learning process. The stakeholders include teachers and parents.
