Abstract This study aims at establishing the effect of fashion- eCommerce has had on the structure of fashion retailing in the UK. While the overall e-commerce platforms have been traced in the 90s, not long after the intent was introduced, not all industries worked well in e-commerce, the first beneficiaries of this new trading approach were music and electronics industry which also came to adopt sale of e-books.
