Part I: Reflection on Mental Health as a Public Health ProblemI have learned that mental health is a major public health concern. Tulchinsky et al. wrote about the issue of mental health in 2012 in an editorial journal article, Mental Health as a Public Health Issue. The article looks into various aspects of mental health including the determinants of mental health in communities. The authors argue that poverty influences the development of mental health in communities.
