This is a research paper, that must be written in Vancouver Citation Style. I have already written some of it. All I need for you to write for me is the Background section, the Methodology, and the References. Here are the rubric descriptions for each one of the sections I need for you to write. The research just has to say that it would be done in a hospital in the Dominican Republic (that's why my title mentions a hospital specifically in the D.R.)  but the research and references don't have to related to anything with the D.R., the references can be from the U.S. within the years 2014-2019.If there is anything that must be changed from what I have already written to go along with what you write you can do that also. 1)    Theory/Background/State of the Art:a.
