I would like you to identify, "Can certain drugs increase a students ability to focus on their coursework and retain it long afterwards?"Then, research the topic online. Identify AT LEAST three poor sources of information (websites spreading misinformation or spreading accurate information, but by chance, like blogs by non-experts) and three strong, scientific sources of information, maintained by experts in a relevant field. In each case, provide the URL for the site as well as a screenshot of the landing page. For each source, write up a one page (full page, 12-point font, double spaced) report on 1) what the website says about the issue (paraphrase, do not quote), whether it is flawed or accurate, what makes the website a trustworthy source of information, and HOW YOU KNOW you can trust the website (or not trust it, in the case of poor sources of info). Then, type up a paragraph with your conclusion about the answer to your question, informed by your research and relying ONLY on the strong scientific sources. To prevent a time crunch for grading at the end of the semester, you will need to submit this to me by no later than Monday the 16th. Understand that part of your grade will depend upon your ability to distinguish between pseudoscience and actual science.
