Please choose a single element and compare/contrast this element between two court cases from this course (from Socrates to Triangle). For example, one could look at the changing status of personal confessions, standards of evidence, the significance of gender, roles of religious belief, etc. One fleshed out example might be the changing ways that 'religion' is measured between Socrates' trial and Galileo's, both of whom were charged with a form of heresy - but there are many options.
