Submit your final 810-page paper as a culmination of your research throughout this course. This paper will have 2 parts. The first part will be an assessment of the current state of administration in your church. The second part will be a set of recommendations to be written in a manner that can be submitted to your churchs governing board or pastoral staff. These recommendations will highlight practices that represent successful administration of your church as well as pointing out areas that could/should be improved in your churchs administration. Utilizing the course materials, it will assess the present practices of your church and recommend improvements by focusing on the 5 administrative areas below: Finances, Policies, Polity, Organization, and Risk management.You may use elements of the previously submitted term assignments while remaining within the page requirements; however, do not cut and paste from papers you have already submitted.
