Response to my classmate's post(150 per response)Plz response them according what I wrote(the pic upload below)1.Today I'd like to share my opinion about stage fright and public speaking. It's clearly seen, that all of us have ever experienced body reaction while speaking publicly. This is totally normal. Show me somebody who can deny this reaction. You won't find anybody, but why is it so?  Our brain is the unique thing that nature has ever created but it has its own weaknesses. One of them is the fear. It might be useful when it's a defense mechanism, as well, it might be harmful when the situation appears to our brain  as a danger while it is not. According to Gaibani (2014), there are may ways of public speaking anxiety such as  embarrassment, shaky voices, rapid heartbeat, feel discomfort, inferiority complex and low self-respect. I have felt a stage fright a lot of times. It happened to me always at the wrong moment. During public speaking, I often felt a racing heart, a dry mouth, a shaky voice and sweating. I'd like to say that it might be a huge obstacle to the successful speech. But is it possible to prevent such reaction? Yes, it is. According to Banerjee (2020), the answer is simple. The best way to avoid stage fright is to make it a habit. It means to speak often. And, more importantly, speak in front of a large variety of crowds. Speak at work. Speak in your community. Also there are many techniques that may be helpful before a presentation in order to tense anxiety. Personally, I use breathing exercises before my public speech. It makes me feel relaxed and I can control my emotions better. Another trick, that I turn to account is watching funny video before the presentation. But you must to laugh out  of loud in order your brain produces enough serotonin and dopamine to make you feel comfortable later.2.Many people have a physical reaction when speaking in public because they think of the audience as assessors. People sometimes fear because they are scared and their minds are filled up with the thought of the audience judging them and making fun of them every minute they are on the stage. In addition to that it is rightly said that, Public speaking anxiety is in the human DNA, and the human system perceives the eyes as an attack (Cho, 2013) and this attack can be both mentally and physically. There are many things that can be done to prevent stage fright like talking yourself in front of the mirror, practicing in front of my friends and family where it is kind of a free space and no fear of people judging you and there is always a scope of learning new things each and every time. I would also like to work up on my gestures and postures as well. And yes about the attitude while stepping on the stage I would rather like to feel more excited rather than tensed and nervous.I personally feel stage fear till this day even while I am in a group meeting or a remote class. The only advice I will have before a presentation is off course be confident in what you say but the most important thing is to constantly maintain eye contact with your audience, use up all the space you have and deliver your idea with so much energy that people really really want to hear you speak as much you want.
