Barriers to RN Transition Program There are barriers which am facing are lack of time management skills, lack of motivation, and learning disabilities. After I have identified these barriers, I have examined the LSCO resources which might help me to overcome them and work on achieving my career goals. Lack of motivation has a significant effect on my studies and by going through the LSCO resources, have gotten an idea of how to keep myself motivated throughout my studies.
