Because motivation plays such a key role in employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness, understanding motivation theory is foundational to successful human resource management and overall organizational capacity.Using your current or a recent employer as a basis:Explain two theories of motivation that can drive individuals to improve their overall performance and its impact on the organization.Explain how motivation theory was (or could be) applied in the workplace to improve productivity, quality, morale or other measures of effectiveness.Please be sure to use all four of the sources in addition to using headings.

I draw my motivation from the challenges that I have faced in my life. I have always had an ambition to have a great career and life after struggling in my early stages of life. My parents also motivate me. I want to become everything they wanted to see me become. My level of motivation enhances my attitude. when I am highly motivated, I feel more energetic and carry out my tasks and duties even better. Motivation gives me the urge to go for greater levels in everything that I engage in. With the right motivation people are able to capitalize on their attitude.
