AbstractThe urge for higher education and scholarships have created problems to education structures in countries where children from many languages are destined, and education circumstances are joining public schools in an increasingly globalized and multilingual world. In the last few years, the statistic has increased dramatically. Whilst research and learning emphasis on the needs of ESL students more and more, the concern in Great Britain has been focused more on colleges than on secondary schools.
