PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED FILE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.STYLE FILES 2020-2021                                                                                                                                                                                                    _________________________________________________________________________________________Over the course of the year, you will be introduced to styles of performance and techniques for performing those styles from a wide range of sources. This will occur in your performance projects as well as your group presentations.You will also be required to compile an assignment called Style Files. Each week over the course of the year, you are to engage in an online survey of theatre styles and the choose one of the styles to document that week. These styles will also be discussed in class.The entries should be documented in a way that would be useful to you, or someone else, if you/they were about to start on a project in the style of theatre or performance that you are writing about i.e. Greek Comedy, Elizabethan Theatre, Kabuki Theatre Etc Use the following structure: a) enter four-five sentences of detail (minimum) about the style you are writing about; b) provide the source of your material/research link i.e.  HYPERLINK "http://actingnow.co.uk/what-is-theatre-of-the-oppressed/" http://actingnow.co.uk/what-is-theatre-of-the-oppressed/; and c) write a two-four sentence (minimum) response to the material. The response should be a short personal observation or commentary. Refrain from opinion. You will submitting a total of thirty entries on or before the deadline noted below. I suggest that set up a research practice in which you are completing at least one entry per week and then add a second entry on some weeks in order to meet the total number of entries required.
