Your text should also explain what are the characteristics, artifacts, values and basic assumption in each sub-culture that are tight or loose. You should substantiate your arguments by making reference to materials andarticles you rely on. This means that you need to identify in your text when you aremaking a point that you have learned directly from a reading source, stating thecitation for that point (e.g. Brewer &Gardner, 1996).Overall, you will be graded on the clarity of your essay, the accuracy and relevanceof your descriptions and examples, the validity of your arguments, and howcreative is your suggested sub-cultures and your essay.References:Gelfand, M., Raver, J., Nishii, L., Leslie, L., & Lun, J., and colleagues (2011).
