I will not accept this assignment if it is emailed to me! Grading CriteriaThe summary should be no less than one page in length.  A title page is not necessary, but you should cite your references on a separate page.  Your name, course and section number, and assignment title should be listed on the title page.  Your paper should be double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font, and one inch margins.  Make certain to cite your references.  This assignment is worth 3.33% of your final grade.  A grading rubric is attached.

Akins Funeral Home CaseAkins Funeral Home was sued by the family of Matthew Miller, who, alongside Johnny Russell and another passenger, died on Feb. 2000 in a road accident. The funeral home had accidentally picked Russells body in place of Matthews from Kilgore-Green Funeral Home-who later cremated the body (FindLaw). Akins funeral home was sued for alleged dissipation and negligence, trespass, breach of contract, the tort of outrage, and abuse of a corpse. The jury ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, and Akins funeral home was ordered to pay $600,000 to Megan Miller and $350,000 to Teresa (FindLaw).
