Assignment Guidelines Clinical Project II: Professional Organization ,( it can be any nursing organization)The purpose of this activity is to observe meeting rules of order, leadership behaviors, and decision-making processes. Attend  a nursing professional business meeting held in your geographic location. Professional nursing organizations will include, but are not limited to: ANA, FNA, NLN, NSNA. Institutional committee meetings will NOT meet the criteria for this assignment they are not "professional organizations". You may visit Nursing Organizations (Links to an external site.) for further listings of nursing organizations by state.Your attendance at this meeting should be over and above your regular attendance at a professional organization's meeting of which you are a member. Guidelines:A report of this activity is documented in a 3-4 page APA-formatted paper.See the grading rubric for the Professional Organization Report.Faculty may deduct from the rubric grade as follows:Revisions needed re: citations and/or references, including citation of personal communications (5 or 10 pts)

IntroductionThe following paper will discuss a professional nursing organization; FNA, having attended the nursing professional business meeting. In this paper, I will explain more on the organization focusing on the delivery of care but more specifically on the nursing practice, education and research.
