The executive summary should be concise.Directions - In this section (c2), you will review your goals for each of your three departments and describe how you will prepare the three departments for the implementation of VBP in the next 3 years.To start you will Look back at sections B2 (Goals), B6(coordinating events)  and B7(timeline), and then discuss department 1 and how you will prepare that department for VBP. You will then repeat that format for department two and department three.
