Reflection on Drinking Tea and MeditationMindful drinking of tea has made me come to a realization that tea is amongst the most amazing experiences an individual undergoes due to how it is easily associated with mindfulness. Generally, people take at least a cup of tea daily as part of their breakfast. From my new experience, I have realized that daily consumption helps integrate mindfulness into ones routine. Appreciating the taste and flavor of tea helps create an experience due to the lingering taste left after drinking. The experience further helps the brain achieve a state of calmness (Jazaieri and Shapiro 52). As the process becomes repetitive, it ends up being natural in the long run.
