Conversely, when we examine companies that have major corporate scandals or inexplicable business failures, corporate governance is typically an issue.                                          There are many advantages of good corporate governance, including helping an organization comply with local, state, and federal regulations, which in-turn can help reduce potential fines or lawsuits.
