On the other hand, the roughnecks confronted the passersby who, in this regard, had a bad interaction with the community. However, the roughnecks usually met the police in the streets and drug stores from the macro-level analysis perspective. As a result, members of this gang were always in conflict with the administrative agencies. Conversely, the saints, who had access to automobiles, drove out of town to bars and pool halls where they were not in contact with the public eye so the community could not judge them.
