Different places on the earth have varying weather patterns because of the earths revolution around the sun. Generally, it takes the earth a year to revolve around the sun. During the revolution, the location at which sun rays strike the earths surface changes throughout the year (Royce, 2019). If a certain area is tilted towards the sun, the area experiences warmer temperatures making it summer. Similarly, when a place is tilted away from the sun the temperatures decrease leading to winter.
