The Johari Window is a technique that enables people to understand their self-relationship and relationship with others. Created by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham, the Johari Window is composed of four quadrants, open, blind, faade, and unknown, which allow one to pick adjectives defining his personality (Luft, 2015). In the open or arena quadrants, adjectives that define the personality of a subject or peers are placed while adjectives not selected by individuals undergoing physical relationship or emotional checks are placed.
