There are different stakeholders in the case of the Manganese Mines. The major stakeholders of the business include the government, the community, mining companies, environmentalists, workers, and companies that use. The interest of the government is taxes as forms of revenues. On the other hand, mining companies and businesses that use manganese as raw materials are interested in profits. The community is interested on the trickle-down benefits associated with the mining activities. Conversely, environmentalists are interested in the sustainability levels of the business (De Haas and Poelhekke, 2019).
