Part IThe video is indeed educative on sugar consumption and the foods that enrich our daily diet with high or recommended sugar levels. I have learned from the video that although sugar may be easy to spot in soft drinks, ice cream, or candy, it is often hidden in foods that we may least expect to have high sugar contents. Such foods include pasta sauce, bologna, peanut butter, buttered syrup, cane juice, castor sugar, grape, apple juice concentrates, and dates (TED-Ed, 2014). Although some like grape and apple juice may sound healthy, the levels of sugar content are a high as those of other foods with known high sugar levels, such as biscuits.
