While a solution to address challenges and opportunities seem optimal based on a scholarly perspective, there is value in incorporating practical approaches that may be resisted in some settings or not properly aligning with scholarly strategies.  Nevertheless, by incorporating Scholar Practitioner perspectives, solutions developed may be best suited to enhance strategies within businesses and organizations, especially when challenges and opportunities have already been identified.
