Society is faced with crimes every day caused by its members. However, each community has its rate of crimes. The lower-class communities are associated with low crime rates whereas the middle- and high-class communities are considered to be organized with low crime rates. In this paper, we are going to analyze what causes crimes using the social structure theory.Social structure theories refer to the root determinants of crimes as the social and economic factors that are experienced in lower-class disorganized communities.
