Instructions

My first 6 weeksBefore you write this could you please use Rolfe et al.s (2001) reflective model when writing this up please. I would like this all to be re written to a higher level please. A little bit about the doing a preceptorship information please go on to Not my words please rewordWhat is the the preceptorship in medical ultrasound module is designed to extend your current skills and knowledge to enable to you to work independently as a thinking, practitioner sonographer. Once employed and working as a newly qualified sonographer in a clinical department you will be consolidating your scanning skills, whilst critically reflecting on the role of the Sonographer within the context of the NHS, and the role you play within the management of the patient as part of a multidisciplinary pathway.I am a Sonographer who started last year in the obstetrics department in February during the pandemic which was extremely difficult for me. Not only was i facing a new department i was also facing the impact of covid 19 which no one knew much about. Being a graduate i felt like employees would expect alot more from me as i didnt have anyone to hold me through like i did in my Bsc degree I knew that starting the preceptorship was a new challenge for me in itself and to become a safe practising sonographer at the end of my course was extremely important to me and in these current times. I had to make sure that I was working with direct supervision and to hopefully work my way towards indirect supervision, it was important i was able to prove myself to my work colleagues and also myself this was not all about scanning but to also understand my flaws and  being able to gain the confidence and understand my abilities and make change within the areas i felt i lacked. Could you add a little more please Maybe use some quotes from Nice guidelines. https://www.nice.org.uk/guidanceBMUS https://www.bmus.org
