Ethical and Professional Behavior Competency Paper This paper should be approximately 4 pages in length of text, with an accompanying reference page to include the NASW Code of Ethics along with any other resources you might use. You should cite and reference two resources: 1) the NASW Code of Ethics and 2) one additional relevant resource from the professional/scholarly literature that informs your thinking on the issue of ethical and professional behavior for social workers.The purpose of this assignment is to have you demonstrate competency related to ethical and professional behavior. You should discuss this case study with your agency field supervisor prior to writing your paper to consider the agency specific policies that might be involved. Discuss your thoughts, feelings and potential responses to the case study provide and to Chriss request regarding information about Pat and Pats cousin.Your paper should address and include the following required elements:1) Be able to identify at three to five relevant standards from the NASW Code of Ethics which help you identify important ethical issues/professional behaviors by applying the standards of the NASW Code of Ethics, relevant laws and regulations, models for ethical decision-making, ethical conduct of research, and additional codes of ethics as appropriate to context;2) Apply principles of critical thinking to ethical decision-making frameworks by listing at least three questions you could discuss with your supervisor to demonstrate your critical thinking in relation to this case.
