From the seminar power-point, I have learned several lessons centered on business law, ethics, and morals. Going through the study material, I learned that morals and ethics though closely related, have distinct differences. The first difference between the two terms lies in their definitions. Whereas Ayn Rand defined ethics as a code of diverse values that guide human choices or actions in determining the course of life, Oscar Wilde defined morality as attitude adopted towards persons we dislike. I also learned that apart from the different definitions, morality and ethics still differ in several aspects.
